  • Where do I find my workshop dashboard?

    You can access your workshop dashboard by logging into your account and clicking the dashboard link in the top menu of the site. From there, you’ll be able to view your enrolled workshops, access recordings and materials, and track your progress.

  • How do I join the workshop?

    24 hours before the webinar or workshop we will email a Zoom link and any details or materials. This information will also be available in your workshop dashboard.

  • Will I receive materials or resources?

    Many workshops include slides, worksheets, or resource lists that you can download and keep.

  • Who are these workshops for?

    Our workshops are designed for both emerging and established writers, including memoirists, novelists, and nonfiction authors. They’re especially valuable for those pursuing publication—whether traditional or independent—as well as writers looking to deepen their craft and strengthen their professional skills.

  • Are the sessions live?

    Yes—most workshops are held live on Zoom, so you can learn in real time and engage with the instructor.

  • Will I get a recording?

    Yes! If you can’t attend live (or want to revisit the material), you’ll receive a recording after the session. You can watch it on your own schedule.

  • Can I ask questions during the workshop?

    Our webinars and workshops will have built in time for Q&A at the end. Some workshop instructors may respond to questions throughout the session, depending on the workshop format.

  • Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

    No preparation is required unless otherwise noted. Some instructors may offer optional prompts or materials to help you get even more out of the session.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Because recordings are provided, all sales are typically final. If you have an issue with your registration, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
